Data request
Ask for a copy, a correction, or the deletion of what we hold on you
Tavlixos keeps only what an inquiry, a chat, or a form submission actually generated: a name, contact details, the model or task you described, and the technical trail a web form leaves behind. This page tells you exactly what that is and how to ask us to change it.
At a glance
What you can ask for, and what happens when you do.
| What you can ask for | A copy of your data, a correction to it, its deletion, or an opt-out of the sale or sharing of it. California residents can ask under the CCPA and CPRA; other US states have similar rights under their own laws; visitors reaching the site from Europe can ask under the GDPR. |
|---|---|
| Who to ask | Tavlixos, [email protected], or the form below. |
| How long it takes | We answer within 14 days of a request we can verify. |
| How we check it's you | We match the request to the name, email or phone number on the record you're asking about. We may ask one follow-up question if those don't match closely enough to act on safely. |
| What we hold, at most | Name, phone, email, address, the equipment model or task described, the message itself, plus the IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and timestamps a web form records automatically. No account, no password, no payment or card data is ever collected, because nothing is sold on this site. |
| Where to complain if you're not satisfied | Your state Attorney General, or, if you are a California resident, the California Privacy Protection Agency. |
What "deletion" actually removes
An enquiry record normally lives for 36 months, a chat transcript for 12 months, and a server log for 60 days, because we occasionally need to look back at an old order to confirm what was shipped. Asking us to delete your record removes it from those systems immediately once we verify the request, rather than waiting out that period. It does not reach into Google's, Microsoft's, or Meta's own ad accounts; for that, use each platform's own controls, or decline ad storage in the cookie banner, which stops new identifiers from being set going forward.
Correcting a record instead of deleting it
If a phone number, address, or the equipment model on a past enquiry is wrong, tell us the correct version in the form below and we update the record rather than starting a new one. This is the fastest of the four request types and usually does not need the 14-day window in full.
Opting out of sale or sharing
Tavlixos does not sell personal data for money. What CCPA and CPRA call "sharing" can still cover the advertising identifiers described in the cookie policy — gclid, msclkid and fbclid — which is why declining ad storage in the cookie banner is itself a valid opt-out, and why selecting that option below does the same thing on our side of the record.
Send your request
Tell us which of the four you want and enough detail to find your record. We reply to the email or phone number you give us here, not to any address on file that might be out of date.
If you would rather call than write, use +1 (222) 555-3617; we still confirm the request in writing afterward so there is a record of what you asked for and what we did.
